Stephen is an Associate in our Financial Services Group. He provides advice on complex insolvency matters and negotiates settlements when a client is either insolvent or is approaching insolvency. Stephen has worked with a variety of stakeholders affected by or involved in formal and informal insolvency proceedings and financial restructurings.

Stephen also regularly advises clients on a variety of financing and secured lending transactions, where he has represented both lenders and borrowers.  

When not at the office, Stephen enjoys getting outdoors and can be found hiking, running along the waterfront with his dog, and playing a variety of organized team sports.
