Due diligence encompasses all of the investigations and inquiries necessary to confirm the current in-place income and physical condition of a property under a purchase contract.
- Co-ordinate all management turnover issues with seller
- Co-ordination with buyer’s lender
- Direct tenant follow-up
- Initiate due diligence process
- Prepare due diligence report to buyer
- Review all leases, vendor contracts and other relevant documents
- Review closing proration calculations at closing and continuing as needed
