Sepideh is a litigator and intellectual property lawyer. She is a registered trademark agent and assists companies of all sizes to develop brand strategies and portfolios in Canada. She works closely with lawyers in foreign jurisdictions, including China and the United States, to coordinate intellectual property strategies abroad. Sepideh regularly acts for businesses in opposition proceedings and litigation at all levels of the Ontario courts.
As a litigator, Sepideh represents clients involved in a range of litigation, including construction, contractual disputes, commercial real estate and insolvency matters. She is involved in all facets of insolvency litigation, including commercial reorganizations and restructurings under the Companies Creditors’ Arrangement Act, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and other related legislation.
Sepideh regularly writes blog posts and articles on trending celebrity intellectual property matters for the firm’s website. She is also a contributor to The Lawyer’s Daily for intellectual property subject matters. To give back to the community, Sepideh volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario providing her legal expertise to people in Ontario who cannot afford a lawyer.
